The handheld structured light 3D scanner is a highly integrated and easy-to-operate handheld 3D scanning system based on real-time 3D reconstruction application scenarios. In the hardware design, the TI-DLP chip and the image sensor chip are used for integrated circuit design, which greatly improves the communication efficiency and stability, and realizes 0.03 seconds high-speed scanning; the interactive dialog mode high coupling design is adopted in the software, which further simplifies the user operation process. Human-computer interaction, one-click automatic global registration of point clouds, denoising and fusion, non-destructive meshing, automatic generation of STL standard three-dimensional format, can import reverse design software, CNC machining system and 3D printer applications. During the scanning process, the system will intelligently select the appropriate configuration parameters according to the mode of the scanned object. Customers do not need to perform tedious and professional parameter configuration, which makes the operation process more natural and smooth. In addition, the system supports both normal and fine scanning modes, two splicing methods of feature and landmark points, and can be extended to support the frame point mode of the photogrammetric system, so as to adapt to large-scale scanning scene applications. Because of its high-speed structured light grating three-dimensional reconstruction technology, it not only has the convenience of hand-holding but also maintains the sub-pixel high-precision characteristics of structured light, and supports both large and small ranges. It can scan both fine animation and cartoon hand-made parts. Automobiles, with their high speed, high detail and high adaptability, make them a new product form in the field of 3D scanners, which are widely used in 3D reconstruction application scenarios in various industries.
