2.The base frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precision machined and stress relieved so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.

3.Mach 3 controller (Ethernet interface)

Mach3 is designed to control the CNC machine. The program is installed on a computer connected to the control machine. Mach3 was developed by American programmers, both for professional and amateur use, so it is the most common software for CNC machines in the world. Using Mach3, it is possible to control the following types of machines: turning, milling, routers, laser and plasma plotter, engraving.We use Ethernet interface controller card, high reliability, anti-interference. 

4.The Hiwin square rail is with higher stability and rigidity, which makes the gantry moving and spindle moving at high speed with high precision. And Hiwin square rail is more durable.

5.This Machine includes a heavy-duty aluminum T-Slot profile in multiple locations across the table surface. This T-Slot accepts industry standard M8 T-nuts.
