Main Features

1.Touch screen and speed control function :

2. Marking preheating function :

3. Gumming and trimming function :

Glue the pot to heat the sol, and use the spiral structure to deliver glue, so that the plate and the edge sealing material

can be glued evenly . Press the wheel to tighten the side band and the sheet to make the bonding force stronger.

4. End trimming function:

5. Slanting wheel fine trimming function:

The fine trimming is divided into two kinds: flat repair and oblique repair. There is an advantage in slanting repair.

When sealing some high brightness edges, such as acrylic seal, There is no dark mark on the surface of the edge band .

However, when using the flat repair process, the surface will have dark marks on the high brightness edges band.

6. Edge scraping function :

Used to eliminate ripple marks caused by cutting process in trimming non linear motion . Make the upper and lower parts

of the plate more smooth and tidy.  At the same time, the size of the arc angle can be adjusted by the scraping edge .

7. Polishing function:

Use cotton polishing wheel to clean up the plate, remove excess glue, and make the edge face smoother by polishing.
